The Elan Pain Information Center (EPIC) provides Claims Tracking for the convenient management of individual claims submitted to payers for PRIALT.

Claims Tracking is an optional program. To enroll in the program:

• Contact EPIC at 1-888-PRIALT-1  (1-888-774-2581) OR 
• Check the Claims Tracking box in Step 1 of the Prialt Prescription and Service Request Form or at the bottom of Quick Start Benefit Investigation Form 
• Fax the signed form to 1-866-PRIALT-4    

A dedicated Program Case Manager will coordinate follow-up of the PRIALT claim from the healthcare provider to the payer by tracking expected reimbursement from the insurance carrier and reporting findings back to the healthcare provider.

If a claim is denied a Program Case Manager can assist the provider offices with claim resubmission or provide guidance on how to appeal a denied claim.
